Elevien is revolutionizing gymnastics by enabling athletes to compete in international tournaments from anywhere. We're the #1 platform for watching and creating these competitions, connecting gymnasts and judges globally. As a Customer Support Intern, you'll be on the frontlines of this exciting movement, ensuring an excellent experience for our gymnastics community.

What you will be doing

  • Become a gymnastics expert: dive into customer inquiries and issues, resolving them quickly and efficiently to keep the gymnastics world running smoothly.
  • Be a user champion: This includes actively collecting user feedback, ensuring their voices are heard, and channeling their concerns or suggestions to the appropriate teams (product, development, etc.).
  • Empower gyms and athletes: support gymnastics organizations in creating and managing their competitions on the Elevien platform. Share your expertise and help them get the most out of it.
  • Hit the road: travel to both international and local gyms, providing hands-on support and nurturing a strong connection with our users (valid driver's license and access to a car required!)
  • Be a team player: Collaborate with our Growth team, supporting administrative tasks that keep Elevien moving forward.

What we are looking for:

  • Customer champion: you have previous customer support or success experience and thrive on helping others. You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys the challenge of turning customer frustrations into positive experiences.
  • Fluent English: Elevien operates internationally which makes knowing English a must. You can clearly and confidently explain complex information to a diverse audience.
  • Adaptable problem-solver: You enjoy challenges, learn quickly, and adapt your approach to meet each customer's unique needs. You're comfortable thinking on your feet and can adjust your communication style depending on the situation.
  • Impact-driven: You're motivated by creating something impactful and care about working efficiently. You want to see the bigger picture and understand how your role contributes to the overall mission of revolutionizing gymnastics.
  • Passion for the users: You're comfortable and eager to attend competitions and meet users in person. You want to develop an empathetic understanding of their problems to ensure we're building the right solutions.

Compensation & working hours:

  • Full-time - 5 days a week, depending on the competition schedule (usually THU-MON) 
  • Compensation: €5.25/hour weekdays, €7.33/hour weekends
